Web Events

More and more companies and associations are considering web events as a way to enhance their live events or as a budget-friendly alternative. Our speakers are now available through video-based web event technology, and SpeakersOffice will work with you to provide the tools you need to make your web event a success.

Why consider web events?

1) Enhance your live event
Reach more people. Now you can simultaneously broadcast your live event to other locations and reach associates that could not attend. Live video and audio of the speaker can be viewed from a personal computer or projected on a screen for a larger audience. Record the event for later playback with secure access.

2) Follow a live event with a webinar for deeper learning
Have a follow-up webinar with the speaker after an in-person presentation to expand on a topic and have extra Q&A. Provide ongoing training and motivation between live events to reinforce messages.

3) Have a web event as a budget friendly alternative to a live event
Nothing beats our speakers live in-person, but web events are another budget friendly way to bring high-caliber professional speakers to your audience if a live event is not possible. Reduce costs related to travel, event venues, hotel rooms, and meals. Save your associates most valuable asset—time—by reducing travel, work interruption and downtime.

What’s provided?

We will work with you to customize the event to meet your organization’s specific needs, but here is what a typical web event would include:

  • A live feed of the event with audio and video of the speaker
  • A secure landing page with your organization’s branding
  • 300 views of the web event (additional 100 view blocks available)
  • View the speaker’s slides and download relevant support materials
  • Audience interaction with live polls and Q&A
  • Secure access available up to 3 months after the event
  • Live events require a T1 line onsite to send the audio/video
  • Viewing computers must meet these requirements
