“Her enthusiasm and positivity is contagious”

“How does one even begin to explain being in the physical presence of Nataly Kogan? Her enthusiasm and positivity is contagious, and she truly is the funniest person in her family. Nataly was real and authentic and left our teacher leaders with a wealth of knowledge on emotional resilience and why self-care is of the utmost importance for them to sustain when being a teacher is one of the most difficult things they’ll ever do. If you are looking for a drab keynote, Nataly is not for you; however, if you want passion, excitement, and humor, you’ll find all of that and more in Nataly Kogan.” –Paula Watkins, NBCT, M.Ed., Program Director, Arizona K12 Center

“Lead you to work and live happier”

“Nataly changes your and your team’s lives through her energetic, research-based, interactive sessions that bring to life powerful actions to improve your wellbeing, restore energy, and lead you to work and live happier.” —Alicia Davis, Director of Global Finance L&D, Dell

“So powerful!”

“I am a Cigna employee and recently joined your webinar. My team and I joined together because just by the title, I knew each of my team members could benefit – and boy, we were right! we found all of the context and topics so relevant. My team and I support leaders as they coach, develop, and remove barriers for their employees. not only was it a benefit for my direct reports but for the leaders we help each day. One of our favorite topics and points you made was ‘servant leadership is not martyr leadership” – so powerful!

>Another item we really liked was “Multitasking is ‘switch tasking’ – we lose 25% of quality each time we switch task.” This spoke to me, and I fell victim of ‘switch tasking’ last week. I was getting prepared for taking a few days off and I was getting some emails sent and my out of office set up. The morning of last day before PTO, I realized my team and others were getting my out of office message early! Not only did I put the wrong date for the out of office, but there were also three typos. the funny part was I set up the out of office while I was on a call trying to ‘switch task’ it goes to show how one cannot do two things at one time…especially me! 🙂

I wanted to share my story and send you a big thank you for spending time with the Cigna family and the impact you made.” –Cigna
